We''re recruiting an Insolvency Administrator for an established insolvency practice in Manchester, where the office is expanding on the back of rising case volumes. You''d join a small team and work closely with the IPs across a varied caseload. CASELOAD Predominantly CVLs, with exposure to CWUs, MVLs, IVAs and Administrations. You''ll take cases from appointment through to closure. THE ROLE - Progressing cases from appointment to closure - Preparing statutory and case documentation - Dealing with creditors, directors and stakeholders - Assisting with investigations and asset realisations - Handling creditor claims and distributions - Preparing case reports and paperwork - Liaising with solicitors, agents and professional advisers - Supporting the IPs day to day WHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR - Insolvency case administration experience CVL experience particularly relevant - Or a background in IVAs, debt solutions, debt recovery, recoveries, debt management, personal bankruptcy or restructuring, with solid case management and stakeholder contact - CPI/JIEB studiers welc...
