Insolvency Administrator Manchester £25,000 £35,000 DOE Are you an Insolvency Administrator looking for your next move? We''re recruiting an Insolvency Administrator for an established insolvency practice in Manchester, where the office is expanding on the back of rising case volumes. You''d join a small team and work closely with the IPs across a varied caseload. CASELOAD Predominantly CVLs, with exposure to CWUs, MVLs, IVAs and Administrations. You''ll take cases from appointment through to closure. THE ROLE - Progressing cases from appointment to closure - Preparing statutory and case documentation - Dealing with creditors, directors and stakeholders - Assisting with investigations and asset realisations - Handling creditor claims and distributions - Preparing case reports and paperwork - Liaising with solicitors, agents and professional advisers - Supporting the IPs day to day WHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR - Insolvency case administration experience CVL experience particularly relevant - Or a background in IVAs, debt solutions, debt recovery, recoveries, debt management, personal bankruptcy or restructuring, with solid case management and stakeholder contact - CPI/JIEB studiers welcome CPI an advantage, not essential - Stability and continuity in your employment history Apply with your CV or contact Joel at ECS Recruitment for a confidential conversation. ..... full job details .....
