Insights Manager

Job Title: Insights Manager Type: Fixed-Term Contract (10-month Maternity Cover) Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days on-site per week) Location: London, UK Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team delivering Management Information (MI) and actionable insights to support business operations across the UK and MENA regions.Provide strategic direction to ensure high-quality, data-driven reporting and analytics that support business decision-making.Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g. Claims, Finance, Actuarial, Portfolio Management) to identify data needs and develop effective insight solutions.Manage team performance, develop talent, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.Deliver complex analysis and guidance on strategic initiatives and projects.Promote a data-driven culture by providing training and support to business units in the use of MI tools and techniques.Ensure regulatory compliance with data protection, Solvency II, financial crime, and other relevant standards.Communicate insights clearly and effectively to senior leaders and stakeholders, driving operational and strategic impact.Provide interim leadership for associated insight functions during the contract period.
