This is not a traditional monitoring and evaluation role. Instead, it focuses on building insight, encouraging reflection and supporting informed decision making across the organisation.Key responsibilities include:Developing reporting systems, learning processes and baseline measuresSupporting colleagues to use data and insight confidently in day-to-day practiceLeading learning reviews, research activities and strategic enquiriesManaging and developing reporting through Salesforce and other systemsProducing impact reports, dashboards and learning outputsSupporting ethical and proportionate approaches to data collection and analysisWorking collaboratively across multiple teams to strengthen organisational understanding ..... full job details .....
