Main Duties and Responsibilities Working alongside our research writers and editors, the Insight Operations team are responsible for engaging with AI-processed raw commentary gathered from interviews and surveys and producing clean, anonymized, intelligible text that our Insight team can populate directly into reports. This role will play a crucial part in keeping report production on schedule and maintaining the high quality that our customers expect. Key Responsibilities: Take AI-processed interview and survey commentary and finish tidying it so that it is grammatically correct, error-free and easy to understand. Ensure all comments are rendered anonymous by removing or redacting anything that could identify the source. Maintain tone, clarity and neutrality of comments while preserving the meaning and nuance of the original speaker.
