Are you an experienced sales leader who knows how to coach people to perform at their best?

We''re partnering with a leading international mental health and wellbeing provider to recruit an Inside Sales Team Leader for its brand-new Dublin operation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales manager to develop talent, improve performance and play a key role in building a high performing inside sales function.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, you''ll lead, coach and motivate a team of sales professionals, helping them achieve their targets while maintaining high standards of quality and customer engagement.

You''ll also play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, performance management and the continuous improvement of sales processes.

What We''re Looking For

• At least three years'' sales management experience within a call centre or inside sales environment.
• Previous experience as a Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager or similar.
• A strong track record of coaching individuals and improving team performance.
• Confidence analysing KPIs, sales data and call quality.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Ambition, resilience and a genuine passion for developing people.
