Position:Inside Sales SpecialistJob Description:ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to support Richardson RFPD with a strong focus on customer service, sales coordination, and the ongoing support of key accounts. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations, accurate handling of quotations and orders, and a high standard of service for customers. This opportunity would suit someone with previous inside sales or customer service experience who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.WHAT WILL YOU DO:Support Field Sales Engineers with day-to-day sales activities and communicate with customers by phone and email to ensure a high level of service throughout the sales processProcess customer quotations and orders on a daily basis, monitor quote activity, and follow up in a timely manner to support effective sales executionManage open orders and delivery schedules by reviewing back order reports, updating promised ship dates, expediting orders where needed, and keeping customers informed of any changesWork closely with sales colleagues and customers to follow up on quotations, identify customer requirements, and support cross-selling opportunities where appropriateSupport after-sales activities, including returns authorisations, warranty-related matters, and customer issue resolution, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently ..... full job details .....
