This is a varied role where you''ll be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, qualifying new leads, supporting customers and working closely with the wider sales team to identify new commercial opportunities. Job Spec: Responding to inbound sales enquiries from the website, marketing campaigns, trade shows and other lead-generation channels Qualifying new leads by understanding customer requirements, applications, volumes and timescales Following up with prospective customers and keeping lead activity up to date on the CRM Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Coordinating customer sample requests from initial enquiry through to delivery Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently Tracking sample deliveries and following up with customers to gather feedback Identifying potential new commercial opportunities Acting as the first point of contact for general customer enquiries Providing customers with product information, documentation and availability details Supporting the sales team with quotes, CRM updates, pricing, opportunity tracking and reporting Preparing reports, presentations and dashboards for management ..... full job details .....
