Following a record financial year and continued growth, the business is looking to strengthen its Direct-to-Consumer sales team. This is a genuine warm inbound sales role . Customers are already interested in the services and will either call directly or submit an online enquiry. There is no cold calling but you will still be expected to take ownership of the conversation, understand what the customer needs and convert enquiries into sales. The services can be sensitive and sometimes complex, so this role will suit someone who knows how to sell without being overly pushy. Someone who can ask the right questions, explain products clearly and build trust quickly.
