Role and Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative: Proactively contact prospective and existing customers to generate new business opportunities. Build strong customer relationships through outbound telephone activity and ongoing account management. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services. Build rapport and guide customers through the sales process Follow up enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversions. Manage and maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
