Inside Sales Coordinator (6-Month Contract)Location: UKSalary: £26,000 per annumStart Date: ASAPAbout the OpportunityWe''re looking for a motivated and ambitious graduate to join a fast-paced inside sales team on a 5-6 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and international business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to customer enquiries via email and telephonePrepare and deliver competitive quotes by liaising internally and negotiating with customersProactively follow up on new business opportunitiesSupport the outside sales team on a day-to-day basisBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers in your allocated areaCarry out sales administration tasks, including: Creating and updating contractsManaging emails and handling invoice queriesResolving unrated shipmentsDevelop knowledge across multiple trade lanes and equipment typesCollaborate effectively with internal teams such as trade, customer services, finance, and operationsOccasionally attend customer meetings alongside the outside sales teamProvide cover for colleagues during holidays or absenceWhat We''re Looking ForExperience in a customer-facing role (e.g. sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service)Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage both customers and internal stakeholdersGood IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, ..... full job details .....
