Inside Sales Manager Location: Northamptonshire (On-site) Salary: Circa 50,000 per annum + Commission, Performance Bonus and Corporate Benefits. OTE - 70- 75K A premier, rapid-growth technology and security systems business is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead, coach and mentor a team of dedicated inside sales executives. Leading a collaborative, fast-paced team, you will drive revenue growth, mentor sales talent, and ensure unparalleled service delivery to clients. We are looking for an experience sales manager with the ability coach and develop high performing sales teams. Sector experience within technology, systems integrators/installers, manufacturers, distributors etc would also be an advantage. Core Responsibilities Sales Leadership and Talent Development Team Performance: Direct daily operations of the internal sales department, aligning activities with revenue targets and KPIs. Coaching and Mentoring: Cultivate a high-achieving sales culture through continuous professional development, individual coaching, and skill building. Pipeline Optimization: Oversee quote management to ensure maximum conversion rates and proactive pursuit of new vertical market opportunities. Talent Management: Oversee resource allocation, headcount planning, and the onboarding of new sales personnel.
