This role rewards energy, ambition, and results with uncapped monthly and quarterly commission, with a comfortable OTE of around £40,000+.The RoleAs an Inside Sales Executive, you ll be responsible for engaging leads, driving sales, and supporting customers in getting set up.Key responsibilities include: Proactively engaging and converting leads via phone and online communicationMeeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targetsMaximising every customer interaction to drive value, usage, and retentionRepresenting the company at farming shows across the UK, including overnight stays during summerSharing customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services About You Highly motivated, sales-driven, and ambitiousComfortable on the phone, enthusiastic, resilient, and confidentKnowledge of farming or agriculture is an advantage but not essentialNatural communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsOrganised, proactive, and able to manage time independently and as part of a ..... full job details .....
