Inside Sales Executive

You will play an important role in developing new opportunities, supporting existing customers and contributing to business growth across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will combine sales and customer service skills with excellent organisation, attention to detail and an interest in technology. The Role Manage inside sales activity across EMEA territories, supporting the wider sales team. Follow up leads and potential customers by telephone and email, ensuring opportunities are progressed effectively. Use CRM systems to manage sales activity, pipeline development and customer records. Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities and support the conversion and closing of sales. Prepare and issue quotations, pro-forma invoices and contracts. Produce sales and CRM reports covering orders, sales figures, renewals and licensing information. Research existing and prospective customers to identify new sales opportunities and potential areas for growth.
