This role is a great opportunity for a proactive and results-driven individual to make a direct impact on business growth.As Inside Sales Executive you will be responsible for:Sales and Business DevelopmentProactively following up on open quotes, asset sample requests, abandoned shopping baskets, and other qualified sales leads utilising the CRM tool to maximise conversion ratesQualifying and contacting high-value warm leadsProactively contacting relevant customers to capture follow-on business or resolve outstanding queriesUpselling and cross-selling: promoting and selling the comprehensive range of products, alongside solutions, to maximise revenue and average order value from every interactionBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor to secure repeat ..... full job details .....
