An exciting opportunity has become available as an Inside Sales Associate within our Global Products Fire Suppression business.
The role is primarily responsible for opportunity qualification, commercialisation, and lifecycle management. Working closely with the outside sales and customer services teams, you will work in a team to drive revenue growth across all our products - Vehicle, Kitchen Fire Suppression, Engineered systems and Water Mechanical products.What We Can Offer

You will proactively sell our products to existing and new customers via phone and/or online (occasionally face-to-face). Core tasks include:Technical Request For Quote (RFQ) reviewCommercialisation via ERP (SAP) systemOpportunity lifecycle management and follow up via CRM (Salesforce.com)Co-ordinate referrals and report out KPI’sAccount management; back-order reporting, forecasting, spend review, credit analysisBasic Engineering activity; drawing review, volume measurementsEssential
