This is great opportunity for someone who has 6 months+ telesales, appointment setting or inside sales experience Overall Purpose of Role: Qualify inbound opportunities and pass onto field sales colleagues in line with policy. Build/Manage and Maintain an ongoing pipeline of prospective customers / call lists. Support DX field sales colleagues in generating revenue from new business customers. Support DX field sales colleagues in developing and implementing strategic tele-marketing plans. Main Responsibilities: Make quality new prospect appointments for DX field sales colleagues across a range of spends and sectors Achieve and exceed targets and KPIs Manage your own pipeline of prospects to ensure a constant flow of new business meetings Work with line manager to develop and deliver targeted telemarketing campaigns Develop short, medium and long term plans to achieve KPIs Develop relationships with senior level contacts (internal and external) Attend scheduled sales meetings (internal). Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Experience within either Parcels /Pallets /Logistics/Supply Chain industry (Preferable not essential) Strong sales skills (Cold Calling, Prospecting, Profile Qualification, Basic Tele-Sales Techniques) Understanding of sales process and demonstration of world-class consistency, hunger and determination Excellent time management skills Excellent presentation and communication skills Problem solving abilities / ability to facilitate discussions Microsoft ..... full job details .....
