We''re looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our growing business and develop their skills within freight forwarding and shipping.
If you''ve had some exposure to air, sea, or road freight - or you''re currently working in logistics and/Or pricing - this role offers hands-on training, clear progression, and the chance to work with experienced professionals.
What You''ll Be Doing
- Supporting the sales team by preparing quotations using contract rates and spot rate platforms
- Learning how to manage customer enquiries and follow up on opportunities
- Building relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Working closely with external sales colleagues to help grow the client base
- Developing your understanding of KPIs, pricing, and commercial decision-making
What We''re Looking For
- Some experience or exposure to freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain (air, sea, or road)
- Interest in sales, customer relationships, and commercial development
- Confident communicator, happy using phone and email
- Willingness to learn, good organisation skills, and a positive attitude
