Knowledge Transfer Manager - Transport Infrastructure
Salary: -50,267 - -55,000 per annum
Contract: 18-month fixed term
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Home based, UK - travel required
We are currently recruiting for a Knowledge Transfer Manager to support a range of transport innovation programmes, working with businesses, government and industry stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the delivery of transport innovation programmes and projects.
- Build and manage relationships with senior industry, government and business stakeholders.
- Support the development and scaling of zero-emission transport solutions across road, maritime and aviation.
- Lead working groups, stakeholder sessions and programme activities.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, business development and innovation.
- Produce presentations, reports, meeting minutes and other technical documentation.
- Monitor programme outcomes, budgets and impact.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant government policies and transport innovation strategies.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in maritime, HGVs, EV charging or another transport infrastructure environment.
- Experience working within an innovation ecosystem.
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience managing/leading projects or programmes.
- Experience leading project or matrix teams.
- Knowledge of government policy, research and innovation.
- Business development and programme design experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong written skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach.
