An exciting Innovation Director opportunity with a leading media agency is looking for a senior leader to drive innovation across a key retail partnership.Based in Bradford / Hybrid2 days a week on-site with the client in Bradford Permanent roleStart date: ASAPUp to £78,000 per annumThe JobAs the Innovation Director, your responsibilities will include:Leading the innovation strategy and roadmap across a major retail accountOwning the end-to-end delivery of innovation initiatives, from ideation through to executionDriving ecommerce transformation projects, including website optimisation, tagging, and media capabilitiesActing as the senior client lead, managing key stakeholders in a complex and fast-paced environmentDeveloping new media capabilities across digital and physical channels, including first-party data and adtech solutionsIdentifying and delivering commercially viable innovation opportunities that meet client and business needsLeading and developing a team of 2-3 direct reportsCollaborating with internal teams, partners, and suppliers to bring innovation to lifeManaging a structured pipeline of activity with a clear 12-18 month roadmapYouStrong media, digital or ecommerce experienceExperience working with retail or retail media is advantageousConfident client leader with excellent stakeholder management skillsHighly reliable with a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetAbility to drive projects forward and deliver in challenging environmentsComfortable managing change ..... full job details .....
