Location: Saffron Walden (CB10) Duration: Permanent Hours: 9am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) Salary: Competitive Job Reference: 35987 Polytec are looking for an Innovation Consultant for our Saffron Walden based client. We''re interested in candidates with expertise in variety of areas including strategy, innovation, design and engineering together with the aptitude to work across subjects, methodologies and markets, understanding customers'' challenges and creating new solutions. You are likely to have previous experience in consulting or corporate environments. Responsibilities: Leading on new innovation projects - understanding customer needs, creating new products and technologies, developing demonstrators and prototyping solutions Managing and maintaining relationships - developing strong commercial relationships with customers and maintaining these relationships moving forward New customer development - lead development, attending conferences, planning, writing and presenting proposals for new projects Requirements: Degree in a technical discipline from a leading university An aptitude to work across disciplines, methodologies and markets An understanding of customer challenges, creating new solutions Previous experience in consulting or corporate environments Passionate about meaningful innovation Strong communication and collaboration skills Please contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply ..... full job details .....
