This role suits someone driven, self-motivated, and disciplined, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Role OverviewInstall, set up, maintain and service digital UV inkjet printers across UK and European customer sitesDeliver technical support, troubleshooting and first-line diagnostics to minimise equipment downtimeEscalate technical issues promptly in line with service standardsIdentify additional revenue opportunities during service visits and report them to the sales teamSupport strong customer relationships to maximise satisfaction and uphold company reputationExperience and Skills RequiredPrevious experience as an Inkjet Field Technician/EngineerStrong technical understanding of digital UV inkjet systems and processesBackground in servicing large-format printers or comparable technology (B2B)Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilitySolid electrical and mechanical engineering knowledgeSkilled in electronic diagnostic toolsFluent English; additional European languages advantageousStrong IT skills, including network infrastructure knowledgeProficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and CorelDrawExperience in colour management and profilingConfident in customer handling and delivering B2B trainingFamiliar with helpdesk ..... full job details .....
