Starting up machines and optimising processing parameters. Monitoring production quality and carrying out first-off inspections. Troubleshooting machine and process issues to minimise downtime. Performing routine machine and tooling maintenance. Working closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste. What We're Looking For Previous experience setting injection moulding machines. Good understanding of injection moulding processes. Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills. Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
