You will be involved in tool changes, process optimisation, and ensuring machinery runs safely and efficiently in line with maintenance standards. Working closely with the wider manufacturing and quality teams, you ll help implement lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing both product quality and production flow.The successful candidate will also play an important role in mentoring and developing junior staff, supporting apprentices and trainees through their development programmes.
