This role focuses on tooling management, process improvement, problem-solving, and leading a high-performing team within a regulated production environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of technicians, ensuring high safety and performance standards. Troubleshoot injection moulding machinery and tooling issues and coordinate with external toolmakers. Oversee tool changes, setups, approvals, and daily production priorities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as cycle-time reduction, scrap reduction, and SMED. Maintain accurate documentation aligned with GMP, ISO 9001, and cleanroom standards. Collaborate with planning, warehouse, quality, and manufacturing teams to maintain smooth production flow. Skills & Experience Strong technical background in injection moulding and mould tool setting. Experience leading or supervising a technical team.
