Supplying a diverse range of industries, including construction, drainage, agriculture and medical, this is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on injection moulding professional to take ownership of day-to-day operations, support the team and help drive production performance.Days Up to 37,000 + Bonus + 4% PensionThis is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter or Technician who enjoys being involved on the shop floor, supporting operators and ensuring production runs efficiently, safely and to the required quality standards.You''ll play an important role in keeping production on schedule, resolving moulding issues and ensuring the team consistently achieves its targets and KPIs.As Injection Moulding Setter Supervisor, you will be responsible for:Setting and changing injection moulding tools and ensuring machines are correctly prepared for production.Loading materials and managing hopper loaders.Setting machines and applying the correct processing parameters for each production run.Overseeing robot-assisted production processes and ensuring efficient production flow.Supervising a small team of machine operators and ensuring production targets are achieved.Troubleshooting moulding issues and resolving minor machine and process problems.Identifying and addressing moulding ..... full job details .....
