Overview: Working alongside our client, a leading injection moulding manufacturer of automotive components we are looking for an Injection Moulding Setter to join their team on a permanent days role. Benefits: Permanent days role, 4 day working week Profit related bonus scheme Private healthcare plan Flu vaccination Holiday buy back scheme Remit: As an Injection Moulding Setter you will be responsible for setting up injection moulding machines, including installing moulds and configuring machine settings for production runs. This role will suit candidates who can demonstrate experience within injection moulding manufacturing with good mould setting and processing skills looking to work on a permanent day shift. Role: Setting machines and confirming accurate 1st off and inspecting last off To report tooling failings Accurately complete relevant paperwork including process change records for traceability The safe mounting and dismounting of injection mould tools The correct disposition of all waste from the moulding process Maximise machine utilisation and overall equipment effectiveness Responsible for trouble-shooting and responding to red-lights Support the safe and effective operation of mould shop equipment and the production of moulded components to the required standard Offering flexibility to cover operator duties when requested Support continuous improvement initiatives Full compliance with all company Standard Operations Procedures (SOP''s) Ensure ..... full job details .....
