Injection Moulding Setter Operator

A well-established and forward-thinking process equipment manufacturer is seeking a Plastic Injection Moulding Setter / Operator to join their team. Operating in a fast-paced, high-spec production environment, they supply a diverse range of industries with technically demanding components. 16.78/hr, 40 hours per week, double day shift (rotating weekly between 06:00 - 14:00, and 14:00 - 22:00Working in a highly automated department, the Injection Moulding Setter / Operator will be responsible for ensuring machines and automation equipment run efficiently. Key duties for the Injection Moulding Setter / Operator:Setting up, running, and optimising moulding machines and automation systems.Carrying out safety checks and undertaking basic maintenance activities.Loading and unloading mould tools safely and efficiently.Troubleshooting production and process issues in a structured, proactive way.Completing first-off and last-off inspections, ensuring sampling meets SOP and quality standards.
