This role is offered on a Panama shift pattern (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am, rotating days and nights).  Key Responsibilities of a Process Technician Work collaboratively with the Process Manager and Shift Leader to maintain smooth production flow. Quickly identify, fault-find, and resolve process, tooling, and machine issues with a solutions-focused approach. Ensure minimal downtime by implementing effective problem-solving methods and escalating when required. Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives. Take a hands-on role in the production environment while providing shift management support when necessary. Lead by example in upholding Standards (SOPs, Health & Safety, Quality). Participate in production meetings, shift handovers, and ensure all process personnel remain engaged with production requirements.
