Injection Moulding Operator Location: Yarnton, Oxfordshire £32,000 £35,000 per annum ReeVR Talent are currently looking for an Injection Moulding Operator to join our clients busy and growing manufacturing environment. This is a hands on opportunity for someone with injection moulding experience who enjoys working with machinery, improving processes and being part of a supportive production team.Key Responsibilities for the Injection Moulding Operator Set and operate injection moulding machines, completing mould and production changeovers safely and efficiently.Prepare tools, materials and equipment for upcoming production runs.Monitor machine settings, cycle times and product quality to ensure production standards are met.Respond to machine, quality and safety issues and support continuous improvement activities.Complete production records, machine checks and required documentation accurately.Skills and Experience of the Injection Moulding OperatorPrevious experience as an Injection Moulding Operator is essential.Formal Injection Moulding Setting and Processing qualifications.Experience with cranes, lifting and slinging and PPT equipment.Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressurCompany Benefits Competitive salary with shift allowance and bonus opportunitiesPension and life assuranceGenerous annual leave, plus additional paid daysHoliday purchase schemeEmployee discounts and wellbeing benefitsCycle to work scheme and free ..... full job details .....
