Benefits: Annual Attendance Bonus Group Cash Plan Scheme Free workwear Free onsite parking Training and development opportunities Remit: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Injection Mould Toolmaker to work within an established toolroom with manufacturing, servicing, repair and modification capabilities supporting the extensive production moulding facility. As a Toolmaker you will be responsible for the manufacture, maintenance, service and repair of injection mould tools from base components using handheld tools and machines as required. The successful candidate should have extensive mould tool experience with the ability to use conventional toolroom machinery. Role: Machining to a high standard on a range of toolroom machines Responsible for the manufacture of full mould tooling and modular systems in steels and alloys to a high standard The assembly and fitting of tooling elements Modifications and refurbishment of existing mould tooling Servicing and repairs of mould tooling Manufacture of jigs and fixtures to support the mould shop Inspection of own work to a high standard Accountable for quality of work produced Experience Requirements: Extensive knowledge and experience of working on injection mould tools is essential Ability to read and interpret ..... full job details .....
