Reporting to the Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for setting and operating injection moulding machines in line with production requirements.Key Responsibilities:Tool and Machine SettingPerform tool changes and set machine processes following best practices and safety procedures.Assist in trialing new tools to achieve optimal performance.Production EfficienciesProvide hands-on process support.Ensure efficient tool changes and minimize machine downtime.Optimize setting conditions to reduce scrap and material waste.Complete necessary production records.Quality ControlObtain ''first and last off'' approval samples.Maintain consistent quality throughout the production run.Work with management and operators to address production issues.Machine and Tool MaintenanceConduct routine maintenance of machines and tools.Coordinate with support staff for advanced maintenance and repairs.Document ControlCreate and manage master setting sheets.Maintain production and quality instruction displays.What We Expect From You:Essential:Previous experience ..... full job details .....
