You''ll play a key role in ensuring smooth tool changes, machine setups, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes within a cleanroom environment.Key Responsibilities Perform tool changes and setups with minimal downtime. Start machines using setting sheets or stored data to achieve target cycle times and product quality. Set up and adjust ancillary equipment such as conveyors, mould heaters, and dosers. Troubleshoot and resolve injection moulding and tooling-related issues. Maintain clean and organised tools and equipment. Support continuous improvement initiatives.
