This role involves designing injection mould tools using SolidWorks, managing projects from concept through to manufacture, and working closely with the toolroom to deliver high-quality, cost-effective tooling solutions. Roles/ResponsibilitiesDesign injection mould tools from concept to manufacture using SolidWorksProduce innovative tooling solutions, from single impression tools to complex multi-cavity hot runner mouldsTake ownership of tooling projects, managing them through the full design and build lifecycleWork closely with the in-house toolroom to refine designs and ensure successful tool manufactureLiaise with suppliers and support DFM activities to deliver practical, cost-effective solutionsDrive tooling improvements, modifications and continuous improvement initiatives About YouProven experience designing injection mould tools, not just plastic componentsStrong knowledge of precision tooling, hot runners, side cores and mould actionsCAD experience, ideally SolidWorksAble to manage projects, priorities and deadlines effectivelyHands-on team player who enjoys working in a small, fast-paced environment Please click apply or email your CV / resume to (url removed) ".
