Your job is to make sure we have the right people, in the right places, at the right time -  and that the whole process runs smoothly. You’ll oversee labour requirements across our sites, working closely with Site Managers, Contracts Managers and the wider operational team, as well as Core’s resourcing team.   What You’ll Be Doing Taking ownership of all labour requirements across our clients sites. Acting as the main link between the client and agency ensuring requirements are understood and delivered. Overseeing a workforce of up to 200 operatives, including labourers, storemen, fire cladders and other construction trades.
