My client is-seeking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. A background in Technology-recruitment is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from role briefing to offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source candidates through direct channels, job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
- Ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the process.
- Proven experience as an internal recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confident in sourcing and attracting talent through multiple channels.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles at once.
- Tech recruitment background desirable, but not essential.
