Our client are looking for a Inhouse Development Manager to join their team and own prototype developments through to manufacture. This will include overseeing the joinery and engineering for the projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead in-house prototypes developments through to manufacture
• Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure projects meet client needs
• Oversee budgets, quality standards and timelines for projects
• Create engineering and manufacturing documentation
• Improve CNC, 3D Printing and production capabilities

• Experience working with CNC machinery
• Experience with SolidWorks or CAD software
• Experience with production processes
• Confident making decisions
• Team player
