This role is ideal for someone with solid IT experience, looking to gain deeper exposure to networking, security, and infrastructure management. Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support and Troubleshooting - Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Network Administration - Assist with maintaining Cisco networking equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls.Switch Patching and Configuration - Support 3rd parties with patching and updates on network switches, ensuring correct VLAN assignments and connectivity.Wireless and LAN Management - Support Wi-Fi networks, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimise performance across multiple sites.System Administration - Assist with managing Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Intune, SharePoint and basic server tasks.Monitoring and Security - Help monitor network traffic, identify potential security threats, and escalate critical issues as needed.Backup and Disaster Recovery - Support and monitor 3rd party backup solutions, support disaster recovery planning, and ensure business continuity.Documentation and Process Improvement - Document network configurations, IT procedures, and troubleshoot processes for future reference.IT Projects and ..... full job details .....
