Infrastructure Support EngineerLocation: Hybrid / UK-basedContract Length: 6 monthsIR35 Status: Inside IR35OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and motivated Infrastructure Support Engineer to support and maintain critical infrastructure services across both on-premise and cloud environments. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with some commercial IT support experience who is looking to develop their skills across infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise systems.You will work closely with senior engineers to support day-to-day operations, assist with upgrades and maintenance activities, and help ensure the stability and performance of key infrastructure platforms within a regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport physical, virtual, and cloud-based infrastructure environmentsMonitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows Server platforms and core infrastructure servicesAssist with infrastructure upgrades, patching, migrations, and routine maintenance tasksSupport Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and basic SQL Server activitiesMaintain system documentation, monitoring, security, and operational standardsKey Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in an IT Support, Infrastructure Support, or similar technical support roleBasic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group PolicyUnderstanding of troubleshooting server, infrastructure, or application-related issuesExposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and ..... full job details .....
