Infrastructure Software Engineer

We are looking for an Infrastructure Software Engineer to help keep our clients'' systems reliable, secure, and scalable. This is a hands-on role working across a broad stack - from Linux servers and networking to containers and big data platforms - with a strong focus on automation and problem-solving. The successful candidate must have strong on-prem experience and will ideally have a good mix of infrastructure and programming knowledge.This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be in the office 2 days a week. Key Responsibilities Automate and optimise DevOps workflowsMonitor system health and respond to incidentsTroubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysisIdentify and remediate security vulnerabilitiesSupport developers with deployments and improve developer experienceMaintain documentation (runbooks, processes, architecture) Skills Experience with Linux systems administrationShell scripting and strong coding abilityProblem-solving through automationAbility to prioritise and work independentlyStrong communication and teamwork skills DesirableKnowledge of networking (TCP/IP) and full-stack infrastructureExperience with Git, Python, and AnsibleFamiliarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes, LXC)Experience with monitoring tools and SQL databasesExposure to big data systems (e.g., Spark, HDFS, Airflow) SummaryA great opportunity for ..... full job details .....
