Infrastructure Programme Manager

to manage one or more technology programmes (programme budgets from £100k to £6m) and to lead a team of Project Managers. You will focus on end-user computing and core data centres, scoping, building and delivering programme plans, and liaising with key teams and stakeholders across Group Technology and the wider business to manage new project demand and priority changes.This role is based at our BandQ office just outside Southampton, with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in the office. Travel to other locations in the UK and Europe may be required depending on project needs.Responsibilities

Building and maintaining programme and resource plans.Ensuring clarity of project scope and accuracy of resource and budget estimations.Ensuring effective programme governance, with progress tracked and accurately reported.Mitigating risks by implementing and maintaining risk management plans; acting as escalation point for risks and issues.Managing key stakeholders through effective communication, identifying issues, and providing actionable insights for decision-making.Managing the programme budget with clear forecasting.Developing and mentoring team members.Qualifications and Experience

Demonstrable experience leading complex infrastructure programmes (ideally with end-user computing/data centres projects).Experience working to recognised project/programme management methodologies.Broad technical background with the ability to navigate diverse technology challenges.Experience with risk and issue management.Strong financial management knowledge (forecasting, capitalization, budgeting, etc.).Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.Ability to build, lead and motivate a diverse IT team in a matrix environment.Behaviours (Kingfisher)
