Infrastructure Planners - Town Planning

Key Responsibilities:Assisting with preparing consent applications for major infrastructure projectsTaking responsibility for specific aspects of projects such as drafting reports and meeting with clients or key stakeholdersManaging the delivery of smaller projects to meet client objectives and timescalesCollaborating with town planners, engineers, environmental teams, and communication specialistsLeading the planning consenting process from feasibility, pre-application, examination, and implementation phasesJob Requirements:Degree and/or masters in Town Planning and membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI)Good knowledge of relevant planning legislation and policyExperience producing outputs necessary for infrastructure consenting or planning policy productionAbility to develop working relationships with town planners and other disciplines both within the organisation and externallyStrong communication skills to articulate complex issues concisely, write reports, present effectively, and manage client relationshipsProven project management skills with a successful track record in planning and delivering projects or tasksExperience in commercial and financial management for profitable project managementBusiness development experience, including successful bidding for workBenefits:Attractive total reward packageSupportive and collaborative work environmentPrivate medical insurance, life assurance, accident insurance, and income protection coverAccess to ..... full job details .....
