Main Accountabilities To be part of a team of Infrastructure Operatives responsible for providing general support across a variety of trades as part of a high-quality, professional and customer-focused maintenance service to the University and its stakeholders outside of normal core hours. To carry out reactive and planned maintenance tasks to support the University''s physical infrastructure. To work with and support colleagues across the University in order to carry out work effectively and efficiently. To accept supervision and task setting from the Infrastructure Delivery Managers and Infrastructure Technicians and work under own initiative to ensure completion of tasks and objectives. Key Duties and Responsibilities General To carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of building services and systems and undertake checks and testing in accordance with relevant legislation and keep appropriate records. To ensure that low stock levels of general materials are reported in a timely manner to ensure no loss of continuity in providing an efficient service.
