Infrastructure Support Engineer6-Month Contract - Outside IR35 - Newcastle Upon Tyne - Hybrid Must be 2 Days per week OnsiteVIQU are looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer to support a large global organisation, maintaining and supporting their IT infrastructure and systems, Windows Server, Vmware, Intune/SCCM, Active Directory and M365.You will join the infrastructure team, providing 3rd Line technical support across BAU operations while also contributing to infrastructure and migration projects.Infrastructure Support Engineer Experience and Skillset OUTSIDE IR35Windows Server up to Server 2022/2025 on-premIdeally VMware experience but would consider Hyper-V ideally experience with HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure)Active DirectoryMicrosoft 365 / Office 365 / Intune / SCCMStrong 3rd Line infrastructure support experienceBasic networking knowledge ideally Firewall experienceDesired - Entra ID and/or Okta Infrastructure Support Engineer Responsibilities Deliver 3rd Line support across infrastructure, networking and end-user computing environments.Manage and support core technologies including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Intune, Okta and IAM.Troubleshoot and maintain server, cloud, virtualisation and Microsoft-based infrastructure.Contribute to infrastructure projects, migrations, technical documentation and service improvements.
