Infrastructure Engineer

Purpose of this role: Responsible for overseeing run and project activities across the Thales Infrastructure estate, including core platform services, virtualisation, and private cloud environments. This is an onsite role operating within an air-gapped environment. The primary focus is the support, maintenance, and delivery of the server infrastructure, private cloud services, and associated technologies. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Working on Incidents and tasks based on SLA / KPI Maintenance of the Infrastructure estate including patching, updates, fault finding. Planning and remediation of obsolete infrastructure on the platform. Work with other teams to diagnose complex issues. Action life cycle events based on the infrastructure roadmap following the change management process. Creating and maintaining accurate records of Infrastructure services and assets, including documentation.
