Infrastructure Engineer (System/ Network Security)

A leading global financial services institution is seeking a experienced Network and Infrastructure Engineer to own and lead the local technology function and partner closely with regional and global teams. You will design, operate, and secure highly available network and infrastructure services in a regulated environment, with exposure to modern cloud platforms.This is a hands-on role covering networking, security, servers, and core infrastructure services, with real ownership and influence over technology direction and delivery.What you''ll do:Design, manage, and secure network infrastructure (BGP, HSRP, load balancing, proxies, perimeter security)Implement and maintain server, endpoint, and end-user security controlsSupport and enhance core infrastructure services, including VPNs, databases, replication, and high availabilityAdminister and support Windows and Linux environmentsOwn and lead the local technology function, working closely with global teamsOperate within a regulated environment and support cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPDesign, secure, and support high-availability network infrastructureManage server, endpoint, and perimeter security controlsPartner with regional and global technology teams on delivery and improvement initiativesWhat you''ll bring:6+years'' experience in networking technologies, including BGP,H SRP, load balancing, proxies, and network perimeter securityHands-on experience supporting security controls across servers, endpoint ..... full job details .....
