3rd Line Infrastructure and Network EngineerAbout the RoleAn experienced and highly capable 3rd Line Infrastructure and Network Engineer is sought to join a growing IT team, providing expert technical support and infrastructure leadership across a complex enterprise environment.The successful candidate will possess outstanding hands-on experience across the Microsoft technology stack, combined with strong networking expertise and a solid understanding of SharePoint administration and support. This is a senior technical role requiring excellent troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to take ownership of critical infrastructure services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 3rd line support for business-critical infrastructure, systems, and network services.Design, implement, maintain, and optimise Microsoft-based environments.Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Teams, Intune, and SharePoint.Manage and support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and virtualisation platforms.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall technologies.Lead technical investigations, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and transformation projects.Maintain security best practices and support compliance requirements.Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and ..... full job details .....
