Exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing and well-established business based near Chippenham, offering up to £70,000 plus excellent benefits The roleYou''ll be responsible for:maintenance of infrastructure, systems and networks across various sites (both on-premise and private cloud)implementing and maintaining physical servers and virtualised platforms, as well as supporting future upgrade/migration projects server patching, back-ups, disaster recovery, troubleshootingproducing technical documentation and process improvement general networking and managing relationships with 3rd party vendorsAbout you Applicants will have:experience gained in a similar infrastructure engineer role, with strong skills across both on-premise and cloud environments experience of Microsoft Server (e.g. Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy) and experience of virtualised environments (e.g. Hyper-V, VMWare) experience of storage solutions (SAN, RAID etc.) and of back-up/disaster recovery best practice general networking skills/understanding (e.g. network security, firewalls, routing, switching, VLANs etc.)flexibility and ability to travel internationally on occasionOn offerSalary of up to £70,000 plus excellent benefits including generous pension, bonus and hybrid workingRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
