This is a hybrid position, offering 2 days from home after probation.The Opportunity:As an Infrastructure Engineer, you''ll be a vital part of the team, working on exciting projects and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of IT environments.Key Responsibilities:Designing, implementing, and maintaining server, network, and storage solutions for clients.Providing 3rd line support, resolving complex technical issues efficiently.Managing cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure.Monitoring and maintaining infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.Leading infrastructure migrations and upgrades with minimal downtime.Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.Documenting technical processes and configurations for clarity and compliance.Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.About You:We''re looking for someone with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a client-focused mindset.
