Document outcomes and specifics around hardware and software Ensure ongoing performance and supportability. Deliver tasks in accordance with project plans, including timelines, locations, deliverables, and project procedures. Provide second- and third-line support, including fault identification, triage, resolution and escalation in line with SLAs.
